Due to the perishable nature of our authentic Japanese snacks, we are unable to accept returns for food items once they have shipped. If your box arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Return Process

- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the shipping box, the damaged snacks, or the incorrect items received to help us process your claim quickly.
- 3.Claim Review
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days to determine eligibility for a refund or a complimentary replacement shipment.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement box from our warehouse in Japan.
