Where do you ship from and do you offer international delivery?

All our snacks are sourced directly from century-old family businesses in Japan and shipped worldwide from our warehouse in Tokyo. We currently deliver to over 100 countries.

Are the snacks in the box vegetarian or vegan friendly?

While many Japanese snacks contain seafood-based seasonings like dashi, we provide a detailed Culture Guide in every box that lists common allergens and dietary markers for each item.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks depending on your location. Once your box leaves Tokyo, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your box arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can skip a month or cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard before your next billing date.

Do the snacks contain allergens like peanuts or soy?
